It is an
active stage of disagreement between people in different forms like dispute and
war, conflict occurs when two or more people oppose to one another because of
their needs, wants or values. It is a part of organizational development.
Conflict in organization is inevitable because it brings positive and
constructive result if it is properly managed. Conflict occurs due to lack of harmonization,
lack of management, lack of synchronization. To elude the conflict management,
we need to identify and define the problems, provide basic skills and
situational skills and change in behavioral variables.
