Indigenous groups have the right to preserve, alteration,
possess and grow their cultural heritage, traditional knowledge and cultural
expression as well as the manifestation of their skill, knowledge and arts,
including social and genomic reserve, seeds medicine, and information of the properties,
vegetation and wildlife over such cultural heritage traditional information. Indigenous
people are those who are continuing in specific area since many long ancient of
period. For an example, they have indigenous knowledge of using herbs, making native
tools and equipment’s such as Namlo and Doko herbal cures etc. So, these types
of facts should be conserved and sheltered.
