It is the basic issue and factor of development. It is a process by which poor people increase their personal and organizational capacity for their betterment and production. It is the key to success of community well-being. Capacity building is that strategy where poor people get fishing technique but not a fish. We have to develop separate special program to the targeted people, they can change their personal and institutional capacity. It is necessary to enhance their inherent capacity to decide the sustainable livelihood patterns.


It is an active stage of disagreement between people in different forms like dispute and war, conflict occurs when two or more people oppose to one another because of their needs, wants or values. It is a part of organizational development. Conflict in organization is inevitable because it brings positive and constructive result if it is properly managed. Conflict occurs due to lack of harmonization, lack of management, lack of synchronization. To elude the conflict management, we need to identify and define the problems, provide basic skills and situational skills and change in behavioral variables.


It is a more challenging task in development. We face different issues and problems. In an organization, different issues, disputes, problems are the major discourse. Problems don’t come alone, it comes with up a solution. In this regard, manager must select viable solution among different solution which is called decision making process. It is the process of identifying and selection of course of action to solve a specific problem. A decision is a judgment. It is a choice between alternatives. It is a nearly a choice between right and wrong. Different problems, issues, disputes arises to solve them in an appropriate method or solution should be selected, this is called a decision making process.
