Environment is understood as a complex system of living and non-living entities of a certain area, where each component of the system interrelates with each other and lead to change in its quality and quantity. It is a comprehensive, dynamic and inter disciplinary phenomenon. It is an peripheral situation which govern over us. All living and non-living things that lies the surrounding. 

Environment is the combination of somatic aspect, organic aspect and collective aspects. Corporal, biotic, collective transformation the external situation i.e. environment. It is an peripheral condition. It is made by both incarnate and inorganic things. It is a mixture of somatic, natural and group aspects. It is a multidimensional and dynamic concept. Environment includes the cluster of creature. The study of this situation is environmentalism. It has been reasonably defined as the field of the interface of civilization and its corporal environment.

People participation approach as a basic need approach as an alternative of top down approach. It is consider as the central issue in the development process. It means that people are closely involved in the economic, social and many others development process. It is one of the major strengthening mechanism to natural resources use, conserve and many other parts of its development. It is equally important to strengthening the mechanism to natural resources is the empowerment of the local people and the women. 

Empowerment refers to increasing the commercial, party-political, societal, informative, gender, strength of individual and communities. Empowerment of these groups one taking place in different sector and different form. It is merely concern to the natural resource conservation and development. 


Rural market is that place where the facilities of buying and selling of goods and other services are available in the rural part of the country. Market is not only the place where buyers and sellers must meet each other to purchase and sell the goods. It is the mechanism by which buyers and sellers meet directly, indirectly for the exchange of goods or services in terms of economic value. Ultimatum, resource, market information, government policy and middle man affect the exchange process of market concept of market. Market is treated and understood from different perspectives. Rural market is the backbone of agricultural country as it supports production and productivity of the villagers. 

Majority of rural people are involved in agriculture and agriculture related goods. So, rural market is made of agricultural goods. An example of rural market is haat bazaar. Rural market is operated at micro, small or medium scale level. Unless, we develop rural markets, commercialization of agriculture, diversification, multi farming system, etc. have no meaning. Therefore, rural market is very important for overall development of agriculture sector as well as national economy. It develops along with other socio-cultural activities. It generates views, ideas and innovations and exchange activities. The rural market are highly influenced by weather and topography. From the development perspective, rural market are still not well-established and well efficient. It motivates them to involve in commercial farming. The farmers will have the knowledge of market value.
